Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested no later than August 21, 2024 to qualify for a refund less a 5% processing fee for each registration. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment within 60 days after the close of the conference.

No refunds will be issued after August 21, 2024.

Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be made by September 1, 2024.
