Academic Panels & Workshops solicits proposals for panel and workshop sessions. Sessions aim to engage and stimulate significant discussions on teaching, professional development, and broadening participation topics that would appeal to faculty and administrators, as well as students (undergraduate and/or graduate). This year’s submissions highlight this year’s theme:
Inclusion Drives Innovation. The 2020 Tapia conference theme reminds us of the critical role people of all ethnicities, genders, abilities, religions, and sexual orientations play in driving innovations in computing, technology, and society. Creating teams, organizations, and societies that are inclusive and respectful of everyone and their diverse perspectives leads to greater innovations that benefit the world.
