France Jackson
Biography
Dr. France Jackson is one of two women who were the first African-American women to earn their Ph.D. from the CISE Department at the University of Florida. She is currently a UX Researcher and Designer at Intel where she focuses on delivering new and innovative software experiences that are optimized for Intel Architecture. Prior to becoming a full-time employee, she completed 4 internships at Intel Corporation. Her prototype designs during her 4th internship resulted in the CEO awarding her group $5 million for further development and testing. Most importantly, France advocates for an increase of women and POC in STEM.
