Danielle Pavliv is the Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager for SAS in Cary, NC. SAS, the world’s leader in analytics, is an international company founded at NC State University over 40 years ago. Through Danielle’s leadership, SAS has created and implemented an award-winning Autism hiring program that partners with NC State University through Students Moving Forward. The Autism Spectrum Internship Program received the NACE 2019 Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Award.
Danielle is a thought leader and strategist in promoting and executing global workforce diversity & inclusion strategies and is passionate about creating positive change, advocacy, and inclusion of underrepresented groups in the workplace and in the community.
In addition, Danielle has two Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish & French from NC State University, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California, and she is a Certified Diversity Professional.
