Roxy Aliaga
Roxanna Aliaga is the Head of UX writing at Dropbox and in 2018 co-founded 3D, Diverse Dropbox Design, a working group dedicated to DEI initiatives through internal programs, outreach, partnerships, and publishing—including "Building diverse design communities" and "Tips for creating a culture of diversity" ( Her personal essays and pieces on writing, culture, parenting, and diversity have appeared in O, The Oprah Magazine, Parents, P.S. I Love You, and elsewhere ( She earned an MFA at New York University and has won the Mary Tanenbaum Award, the John Steinbeck Fellowship, and residencies from the Djerassi Resident Artists’ Program and Hedgebrook.
