Lauren Gaber graduated from the University of Michigan – Dearborn in December of 2016 with a B.S. in Computer Science, and started at Ford Motor Company shortly after in January of 2017. She is currently a software engineer working on developing charging features for the Mustang Mach E and other future electric vehicles. She also serves as a Co-Chair of the Employee Resource Group at Ford that focuses on disability, Ford Empowering Diverse Abilities (FEDA). Additionally, she is a NextGen Leader Mentor through Disability: IN.
