Founder and CEO, Indigenous Perspectives of Reconciliation Resources Consulting
Andrea Delgado-Olson is the Founder and CEO of Indigenous Perspectives for Reconciliation Resources Consulting. She is also the Founder and Chair of Native American Women in Computing and serves on the Board of Directors for AISES (American Indian Science and Engineering Society). Andrea is a member of the Ione Band of Miwok Indians of the Northern Sierra region of California and is the tribe’s Election Committee Chair. She is a Computer Science Graduate Student with a background, and a Bachelor’s degree, in Education with nearly 20 years of experience as an educator. Her focus connects teaching with technology and incorporates Indigenous Perspectives in Computer Science education. She is working to expand those efforts and gather teaching material to use as resources to create curriculum to preserve language and culture for Indigenous communities worldwide.
